Tips to Bring More Traffic to Your Blog part 1

Meet my hobo-friend, Bob, he will tell you some tips in bringing some traffic to your blogs ;)

Hobo Bob: Its mutch easier to bring traffic to blog then to webpage, because of speed of indexing, ability to submit to blog directories and normal directories, pings and track backs.




1. Create at least 5 keyword posts per day. Better to post 20-30 small 100-150 word posts per day, and not 5 BIG posts.
2. Add your blog RSS to My Yahoo! It will be indexed by Yahoo.
3. Add it to to Google's Reader. Google Blog Search will index your site after that.
4. Trade with other blogs links
5. Use ping-o-matic after adding new posts.
6. Add your blog to traditional search engines such as AltaVista, and MSN.
7. Submit your blog to DMOZ. Directories (particularly DMOZ) increase relevance with Google.
8. Submit to as many RSS Directories and Search Engines as possible. Use RSS SUBMIT for do that.
9. Make good comments on other blogs.
10. Add a link to your blog in your e-mail signature block, on forums signature.
11. Tag your website. Tagging is a new idea that has erupted across the web. Sites like Del.icio.us, Technorati and many others have a social feature that allows you to place your article under keywords or "tags" that everyone interested in that tag can see.
12. Add your blog to Technorati.
13. Add you blog to Feedburner.
